The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at ai1zutest@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

To provide image analysis functionality, we utilize the OpenAI API. When you use this feature, the image you upload (and any related text) is transmitted to OpenAI for processing.

• Data Shared: The specific image file you select for processing.
• Purpose of Processing: The data is used solely to fulfill your request, such as analyzing the image content and generating a response.
• OpenAI's Use of Data: Please be aware that OpenAI operates under its API data usage policies. OpenAI does not use data submitted by customers via its API to train or improve its models .
• Data Retention: According to OpenAI's policy, data passed to the API is retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and service improvement purposes, after which it is deleted (unless legal obligations require longer retention) .
• Security: All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
